Ingredients
  • 200 gram Chocolate
  • 100 gram Butter
  • 100 gram Sugar
  • 150 gram Flour
  • 200 gram Caramel
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 3 unit Eggs
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter and add the sugar. Stir until well combined.
  3. Remove from heat and add the flour, salt, and vanilla extract. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Press the dough into individual tart molds. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. In a separate saucepan, heat the heavy cream and add the caramel. Stir until smooth.
  6. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs. Slowly pour the caramel mixture into the eggs while continuously whisking.
  7. Pour the caramel mixture into the baked tart shells. Bake for another 10 minutes.
  8. Remove from the oven and let the tarts cool for 1 hour.
  9. Serve and enjoy!
