Ingredients
  • 8 ounce Dark chocolate
  • 1 cup Unsalted butter
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup Cashews
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate and butter together, stirring until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the melted chocolate mixture to the egg mixture, stirring until well combined.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Spread half of the batter into the prepared baking pan. Drizzle caramel sauce over the batter. Sprinkle cashews evenly over the caramel. Top with the remaining batter.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  8. Allow to cool in the pan for 30 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  9. Cut into squares and serve.
