Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

Crush the chocolate cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter.

Press the cookie mixture into the bottom and sides of a tart pan.

Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.

In a saucepan, melt the marshmallows and dark chocolate over low heat, stirring constantly.

In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.

Fold the whipped cream into the melted marshmallow and chocolate mixture.
