Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.

Divide the dough in half, shape into discs, and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Roll out one disc of dough to 1/4 inch (6 mm) thickness on a lightly floured surface.

Using a heart-shaped cookie cutter, cut out hearts from the dough and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

Repeat with the remaining dough, rerolling scraps as needed.
