  2. Add the egg yolks and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, and almond flour.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
  5. Divide the dough in half, shape into discs, and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  6. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  7. Roll out one disc of dough to 1/4 inch (6 mm) thickness on a lightly floured surface.
