  • 16 ounce Chocolate Cookies
  • 8 piece Peppermint Candy
  • 4 cup Vanilla Ice Cream
Instructions
  1. Crush the peppermint candy into small pieces.
  2. Place the chocolate cookies on a baking sheet.
  3. Scoop a generous amount of vanilla ice cream onto one cookie.
  4. Sprinkle crushed peppermint candy on top of the ice cream.
  5. Place another cookie on top to create a sandwich.
  6. Press gently to secure the sandwich.
