Chironji & Makhane Ki Kheer
Chironji is often referred to as ‘charoli’ and is commonly used in Indian sweets and desserts for its unique flavor and texture.

Heat a pan and dry roast chironji and makhane until they turn golden brown. Remove from heat and let them cool.

Grind the roasted chironji and makhane into a coarse powder.

In a pan, heat milk and bring it to a boil. Add the ground chironji and makhane powder and mix well.

Cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add sugar, cardamom powder, saffron strands, almonds, pistachios, cashews, and raisins. Mix well and cook for another 5 minutes.

Remove from heat and let it cool. Serve chilled.
