  1. Heat a pan and dry roast chironji and makhane until they turn golden brown. Remove from heat and let them cool.
  2. Grind the roasted chironji and makhane into a coarse powder.
  3. In a pan, heat milk and bring it to a boil. Add the ground chironji and makhane powder and mix well.
  4. Cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Add sugar, cardamom powder, saffron strands, almonds, pistachios, cashews, and raisins. Mix well and cook for another 5 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and let it cool. Serve chilled.
