Ingredients
  • 200 gram Chinese Egg Noodles
  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 1 medium Carrot
  • 2 stalks Green Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic Clove
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
Instructions
  1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. Julienne the cucumber and carrot into thin strips. Chop the green onions and mince the garlic cloves.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, salt, and crushed red pepper.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the cooked noodles, cucumber, carrot, green onions, and minced garlic.
  5. Pour the sauce over the noodle mixture and toss until well coated.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  7. Before serving, sprinkle with sesame seeds. Enjoy!
