  3. Add onion, garlic, red bell pepper, and jalapeno pepper to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  4. Stir in tomato paste, chili powder, cumin powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Roll out the bread dough into a rectangle shape.
  6. Spread the chili mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a small border.
  7. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top of the chili mixture.
  8. Roll up the dough tightly, starting from the long side.
  9. Place the rolled dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  10. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown.
  11. Let the chili bread rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  12. Garnish with cilantro and serve warm.
