Ingredients
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs. Add the melted butter and milk, and mix well.
  5. Gradually add the flour mixture to the egg mixture, stirring until well combined.
  6. Stir in the cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, and parsley.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of the batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
  9. Remove from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
