  • 100 gram Brown sugar
  • 50 gram Granulated sugar
  • 1 unit Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 120 gram All-purpose flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 150 gram Old-fashioned oats
  • 100 gram Raisins
  • 50 gram Chopped walnuts
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture and mix until just combined.
  4. Stir in the oats, raisins, and chopped walnuts.
  5. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
