Ingredients
  • 8 ounce Butter
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 unit Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 cup Quick oats
  • 1 cup M&M candies
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture and mix well.
  5. Stir in the oats and M&M candies.
  6. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes, then transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
