  • 1.5 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted butter, softened
  • 0.5 cup Granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Raisins
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the rolled oats, all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate large bowl, cream together the softened unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  4. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.

  6. Stir in the raisins.
  7. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets.
