  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 cup Granulated sugar
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 4 tablespoon Unsalted butter
  • 1 cup Fresh cherries
  • 2 tablespoon Powdered sugar
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, whisking until smooth.
  5. Melt the butter in a 10-inch oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
  6. Pour the batter into the skillet and arrange the cherries on top.
  7. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the pancake is puffed and golden brown.
