Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 0.75 cup Unsalted butter
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 can Cherry pie filling
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 0.5 cup Powdered sugar
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, unsalted butter, and salt. Mix until crumbly.
  3. Press 2/3 of the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9x9-inch baking pan.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the cherry pie filling and lemon juice. Spread the mixture evenly over the crust.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining crumb mixture on top.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool for 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
  8. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
