Ingredients
  • 1 piece Baguette
  • 1 cup Cherries
  • 4 ounce Brie cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 8 leaf Fresh basil leaves
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the baguette into 1-inch thick slices.
  3. Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for 5 minutes.
  4. Remove the baguette slices from the oven and let them cool slightly.
  5. Meanwhile, pit the cherries and cut them in half.
  6. Spread a layer of brie cheese on each baguette slice.
  7. Top the cheese with cherry halves.
  8. Drizzle honey over the cherries.
  9. Place the baguette slices back in the oven for another 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
  10. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
  11. Serve warm.
