  • 1.5 cup Graham cracker crust
  • 1 can Sweetened condensed milk
  • 0.5 cup Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cup Whipped cream
  • 1 can Cherry pie filling
Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
  2. Fold in whipped cream until well combined.
  3. Pour half of the mixture into the graham cracker crust.
  4. Top with cherry pie filling.
  5. Pour the remaining mixture on top of the cherry pie filling.
  6. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  8. Serve chilled.
