Ingredients
  • 150 gram Dark Chocolate
  • 100 gram Unsalted Butter
  • 200 gram Granulated Sugar
  • 2 unit Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 75 gram All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 tablespoon Cocoa Powder
  • 1 cup Cherries
  • 0.5 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 0.25 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and line a square baking pan.
  2. In a heatproof bowl, melt the dark chocolate and unsalted butter over a pan of simmering water. Stir until smooth and remove from heat.
  3. In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the melted chocolate mixture into the sugar-egg mixture, stirring continuously.
  5. Sift in the all-purpose flour and cocoa powder. Add the cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix until just combined.
  6. Gently fold in the cherries.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  8. Bake for approximately 25 minutes or until the edges are set and the center is slightly gooey.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
  10. Transfer the brownie to a wire rack and let it cool completely.
  11. Cut into bite-sized squares and serve.
