Ingredients
  • 8 ounce Flatbread dough
  • 1 cup Zucchini
  • 1 medium Red onion
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Roll out the flatbread dough on a baking sheet.
  3. Slice the zucchini and red onion thinly.
  4. Brush the flatbread dough with olive oil.
  5. Sprinkle garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper over the dough.
  6. Arrange the zucchini and red onion slices on top.
  7. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese over the vegetables.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Let the flatbread rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  10. Cut into slices and serve.
