Ingredients
  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 1 cup Mixed Vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Peel and dice the potatoes into small cubes.
  3. Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, then drain.
  4. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  5. Add the milk, salt, black pepper, and paprika to the saucepan and stir well.
  6. Add the cooked potatoes and mixed vegetables to the saucepan and mix until well coated.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  10. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
