  • 200 gram Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon Flour
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 4 unit Egg yolks
  • 4 unit Egg whites
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a souffle dish with butter and sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add flour and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. Slowly whisk in milk and cook until thickened.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in grated cheddar cheese until melted.
  6. In a separate bowl, whisk egg yolks. Gradually add the cheese mixture, stirring constantly.
  7. In a clean bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  8. Gently fold the egg whites into the cheese mixture.

  10. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and puffed.
