Ingredients
  • 2 pound Potatoes
  • 4 tablespoon Butter
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Chili Flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 sliced Green Onions
Instructions
  1. Peel and cut the potatoes into small cubes. Boil them in salted water until tender.
  2. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Mash them with a potato masher.
  3. Add butter, milk, cheddar cheese, honey, red chili flakes, salt, and black pepper to the mashed potatoes. Mix well.
