  • 8 ounce Pasta
  • 2 cup Broccoli florets
  • 1 cup Red bell pepper
  • 1 cup Zucchini
  • 1 cup Yellow squash
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
Instructions
  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add broccoli, bell pepper, zucchini, and yellow squash. Sauté until tender.
  5. Add cherry tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  7. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine.
  8. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  9. Cover the skillet and cook until the cheese is melted.
