  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 1 cup Leeks
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Peel and slice the potatoes into thin rounds.
  3. Slice the leeks into thin rings.
  4. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the flour and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
