  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and scrub the potatoes.
  3. Prick the potatoes with a fork all over.
  4. Rub olive oil and salt on the potatoes.
  5. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes, or until tender.
  6. Remove the potatoes from the oven and let them cool slightly.
  7. Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise and scoop out some of the flesh to create a well.
  8. Spread pizza sauce inside each potato well.
  9. Top with mozzarella cheese, pepperoni slices, black olives, and green bell pepper.
  10. Sprinkle dried oregano on top.
  11. Place the potatoes back in the oven and bake for another 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  12. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
  13. Let the potatoes rest for 5 minutes before serving.
