Ingredients
  • 300 gram Pasta
  • 200 gram Mozzarella Cheese
  • 100 gram Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Parsley
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes, until lightly golden.
  5. Gradually whisk in the milk, ensuring no lumps remain. Cook for 3-4 minutes, until the sauce thickens.
  6. Add the oregano, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
  7. Remove the saucepan from heat and add the cooked pasta. Mix until the pasta is evenly coated with the sauce.
  8. Grease a baking dish and transfer the pasta mixture into it.
  9. Sprinkle the mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top.
  10. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden.
  11. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  12. Garnish with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley before serving.
