  • 2 cup Gluten-Free Flour Blend
  • 1 teaspoon Xanthan Gum
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 cup Shredded Cheese
Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free flour blend, xanthan gum, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs. Add the milk and olive oil, and mix well.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  4. Fold in the shredded cheese.
  5. Transfer the dough into a greased loaf pan.
  6. Cover the loaf pan with a clean kitchen towel and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  7. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  8. Bake the loaf for 60 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
  10. Transfer the loaf to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing and serving.
