Ingredients
  • 200 gram Mushrooms
  • 4 ounce Sun-Dried Tomatoes
  • 4 slice Bread
  • 2 teaspoon Butter
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 100 gram Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 4 leaves Fresh Basil
Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  2. Add mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture and become golden brown. Stir in balsamic vinegar and cook for another minute.
  3. In a separate pan, melt butter and toast the bread slices until golden brown on both sides.
  4. Spread the caramelized mushrooms on the toasted bread slices.
  5. Top with sun-dried tomatoes and mozzarella cheese.
  6. Place the toasts under the broiler until the cheese melts and turns golden brown.
  7. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
