Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup Graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 package Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 Eggs
  • 0.25 cup All-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9x9-inch (23x23 cm) baking dish.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Gradually add the flour, sour cream, lemon juice, and salt to the cream cheese mixture. Mix until well combined.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the baking dish. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool in the baking dish for 1 hour.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until completely chilled.
  9. Cut into squares and serve chilled.
