Ingredients
  • 8 ounce Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 packet Graham crackers
  • 4 tablespoon Butter
Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture onto one side of each graham cracker.
  4. Sandwich two graham crackers together with the cream cheese filling.
  5. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.

  7. Remove from heat and let the sandwiches rest for 1 hour.
