Ingredients
  • 8 ounce Graham crackers
  • 4 tablespoon Butter
  • 16 ounce Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Whipped cream
  • 1 cup Strawberries
Instructions
  1. Crush the graham crackers and mix with melted butter.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a baking dish.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  6. Cut the cheesecake into squares.
  7. Spread whipped cream on one side of a graham cracker square.
  8. Place a strawberry slice on top of the whipped cream.
  9. Sandwich with another graham cracker square.
  10. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
  11. Serve and enjoy!
