Ingredients
  • 200 gram Cheddar cheese
  • 50 gram Butter
  • 150 gram All-purpose flour
  • 2 unit Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Grease a baking dish.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and milk together.
  5. Gradually add the egg mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring well.
  6. Melt the butter and add it to the batter, mixing until smooth.
  7. Fold in the grated cheddar cheese.
  8. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.
  9. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  11. Cut into squares and serve warm.
