Ingredients
  • 200 gram Cheddar cheese
  • 200 gram Mozzarella cheese
  • 100 gram Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 unit Eggs
  • 2 tablespoon Parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, all-purpose flour, eggs, parsley, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into small balls.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry the cheese balls in batches until golden brown.
  6. Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels.
  7. Serve hot as an appetizer or snack.
