Ingredients
  • 1 cup Cornmeal
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Butter, melted
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a donut pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cornmeal, flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, honey, sriracha sauce, and melted butter.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Fold in the grated cheddar cheese.
  6. Spoon the batter into the donut pan, filling each cavity about 3/4 full.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the donuts comes out clean.
  8. Remove from the oven and let the donuts cool in the pan for 5 minutes.
  9. Transfer the donuts to a wire rack to cool completely.
  10. Serve and enjoy!
