  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 4 cup Vegetable broth
  • 200 gram Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Chives
Instructions
  1. Peel and dice the potatoes.
  2. Chop the onion and mince the garlic.
