Ingredients
  • 2 sheet Puff Pastry Sheets
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Feta Cheese
  • 1 piece Egg
  • 1 tablespoon Milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut them into squares.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cheddar cheese, feta cheese, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Place a spoonful of the cheese mixture onto each puff pastry square.
  5. Fold the squares diagonally to form triangles and seal the edges with a fork.
  6. In a small bowl, beat the egg with milk to make an egg wash.
  7. Brush the egg wash over the puff pastries.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!
