Ingredients
  • 250 gram Pasta
  • 2 cup Broccoli florets
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon All-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain.
  2. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and garlic powder until well combined.
  3. Gradually whisk in the milk, then cook and stir until the mixture thickens.
  4. Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Add the cooked pasta and broccoli florets to the cheese sauce, then season with salt and black pepper. Stir until well coated.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
