Ingredients
  • 200 gram Cheddar cheese
  • 100 gram Pitted black olives
  • 50 gram Breadcrumbs
  • 1 unit Egg
  • 50 gram All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a food processor, combine cheddar cheese, pitted black olives, breadcrumbs, egg, all-purpose flour, salt, and black pepper. Pulse until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the balls until golden brown.
  5. Transfer the fried balls to a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
  6. Serve hot as an appetizer.
