Ingredients
  • 24 piece Ladyfingers
  • 8 ounce Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 packet Gelatin
  • 3 tablespoon Water
  • 1 cup Fresh berries
Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Dissolve the gelatin in water and add it to the cream cheese mixture along with the vanilla extract.
  5. Line the bottom of a springform pan with ladyfingers.
  6. Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the ladyfingers.
  7. Add a layer of fresh berries.
  8. Pour the remaining cream cheese mixture over the berries.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  10. Serve chilled and garnish with additional fresh berries.
