Ingredients
  • 2 teabag Chai Tea Bags
  • 2 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Cardamom
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Instructions
  1. In a saucepan, heat the milk and heavy cream over medium heat.
  2. Add the chai tea bags and let steep for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove the tea bags and stir in the sugar, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, and vanilla extract.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and let it cool to room temperature.
  5. Once cooled, cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  6. Pour the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  7. Transfer the churned ice cream to a lidded container and freeze for an additional 2-3 hours to firm up.
  8. Serve the chai latte ice cream in bowls or cones and enjoy!
