  • 20 piece Puri
  • 2 medium Potato
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon Tamarind Chutney
  • 2 tablespoon Green Chutney
  • 1 cup Sev
  • 1 teaspoon Chaat Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 2 tablespoon Coriander Leaves
  • to taste Salt
Instructions
  1. Boil the potatoes and peel them. Cut them into small pieces.
  2. Take a puri and make a small hole in the center.
  3. Fill the puri with the boiled potato pieces.
  4. Top it with yogurt, tamarind chutney, and green chutney.
  5. Sprinkle chaat masala, red chili powder, cumin powder, and salt.
  6. Garnish with sev and coriander leaves.
  7. Serve immediately.
