Ingredients
  • 300 gram Cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup Scallions, chopped
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 unit Eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 tablespoon Vegetable oil
Instructions
  1. In a food processor, pulse the cauliflower florets until finely chopped.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chopped cauliflower, scallions, flour, beaten eggs, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  4. Spoon the cauliflower mixture onto the skillet, forming small pancakes.
  5. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  6. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels.
