Ingredients
  • 2 cup Grated Cassava
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 cup Condensed Milk
  • 1 cup Evaporated Milk
  • 3 piece Eggs
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Grated Cheese
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine grated cassava, coconut milk, condensed milk, evaporated milk, eggs, butter, and sugar. Mix well.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is set and golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 30 minutes.
  6. Spread grated cheese on top.
  7. Return to the oven and bake for another 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and slightly browned.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before serving.
