Ingredients
  • 250 gram Noodles
  • 100 gram Cashews
  • 2 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 3 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 stalk Spring Onions
  • 1 piece Red Bell Pepper
  • 2 piece Carrots
  • 1 cup Cabbage
  • 1 piece Lime
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro
Instructions
  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and ginger, and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add sliced spring onions, red bell pepper, carrots, and cabbage to the pan. Stir-fry for a few minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender.
  4. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce and lime juice. Pour the sauce over the vegetables and stir to combine.
  5. Add cooked noodles to the pan and toss everything together until well coated.
  6. Finally, add cashews and cilantro to the noodles and give it a quick toss.
  7. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
