Ingredients
  • 300 gram Carrots
  • 200 gram All-Purpose Flour
  • 200 gram Sugar
  • 150 milliliter Vegetable Oil
  • 3 unit Eggs
  • 2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 250 gram Cream Cheese
  • 100 gram Powdered Sugar
  • 250 milliliter Whipped Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 100 gram Walnuts
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large bowl, combine grated carrots, flour, sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  4. Let the cake cool completely.
  5. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  6. In another bowl, whip the cream until stiff peaks form.
  7. Cut the cake into cubes.
  8. In a trifle dish or individual glasses, layer the cake cubes, cream cheese mixture, and whipped cream. Repeat the layers.
  9. Top with chopped walnuts.
  10. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
