Ingredients
  • 200 gram Pie crust
  • 3 unit Eggs
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoon All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cardamom
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Whipped cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground cardamom, for garnish
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar until well combined.
  3. Add the flour, ground cardamom, salt, buttermilk, melted butter, and vanilla extract to the bowl. Whisk until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture into the pie crust and smooth the top.
  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let the pie cool for at least 2 hours.
  7. Serve the pie chilled with whipped cream and a sprinkle of ground cardamom on top.
