Ingredients
  • 200 gram Pie crust
  • 1 cup Caramel sauce
  • 2 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 cup Milk
  • 4 unit Egg yolks
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 cup Whipped cream
  • 50 gram Chocolate shavings
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine the caramel sauce, cornstarch, salt, milk, and egg yolks. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Remove from heat and stir in the butter.
  3. Pour the caramel mixture into the pie crust and smooth the top.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the filling is set.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 2 hours.
  6. Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings before serving.
