Ingredients
  • 200 gram Butter
  • 200 gram Dark chocolate
  • 200 gram Granulated sugar
  • 4 unit Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 100 gram All-purpose flour
  • 30 gram Cocoa powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Caramel sauce
  • 0.5 cup Chopped pecans
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and dark chocolate together.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the melted chocolate mixture to the egg mixture, stirring constantly.
  5. In another bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
  8. Drizzle the caramel sauce over the batter and swirl it with a knife.
  9. Sprinkle the chopped pecans on top.
  10. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  11. Allow the brownies to cool in the baking dish for 1 hour.
  12. Cut into squares and serve.
