Ingredients
  • 4 cup Pears
  • 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup Rolled oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 cup Unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup Caramel sauce
  • 6 scoop Vanilla ice cream
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Peel and core the pears, then slice them into thin wedges.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the pears with granulated sugar and let them sit for 10 minutes.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, brown sugar, oats, cinnamon, and salt.
  5. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  6. Spread the pear mixture evenly in a baking dish and sprinkle the crumb mixture on top.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the pears are tender and the topping is golden brown.
  8. Let the crisp rest for 10 minutes before serving.
  9. Drizzle caramel sauce over the crisp and serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
