  • 6 slices Bread
  • 2 medium Apples
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Caramel sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. Cut the bread into cubes and spread them evenly in the baking dish.
  3. Peel and slice the apples. Arrange the apple slices on top of the bread cubes.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the bread and apples, making sure everything is evenly coated.
  6. Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes to allow the bread to absorb the liquid.
  7. Drizzle the caramel sauce over the top of the bread pudding.
  8. Dot the top with small pieces of butter.
  9. Bake for 40 minutes, or until the pudding is set and golden brown.
