  2. Peel and core the apples, then cut them into thin slices.
  3. In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cook until the apples are soft and caramelized.
  4. Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into 6 equal squares.
  5. Place a spoonful of the caramelized apples in the center of each square.
  6. Fold the corners of the pastry squares towards the center, creating a small parcel.
  7. Place the parcels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven and let the parcels rest for 10 minutes.
  10. Serve warm, drizzled with caramel sauce.
